GobelinL 10.564 Wading in the Wind

I cannot help feeling I have seen this image before it reminds me of some artwork but I cannot remember where or when, I think it might be Trish Biddle but I cannot find this image amongst her work.  She looks as if she is fighting the elements to enjoy her walk alone along the shore.
