Victoria House Needlecraft's mail order business and more recently our online business has been an integral part of our service and product delivery to Australian stitchers.  We take time to prepare your order and check the details so that the products dispatched meet your expectations.

All prices quoted on Victoria House Needlecraft website are in Australian Dollars and include GST, if you are visiting our website from an international address you will see the prices without GST.

Victoria House Needlecraft aims to dispatch orders as soon as possible after payment has been processed. We offer Regular Post and Express Post within Australia and New Zealand. We also ship internationally to countries within the Australia Post international network.

Shipping/postage costs are applied at checkout, you can select the service you prefer. There is further information on our postage conditions and costs on our Shipping and Returns page.

Payment Methods
We accept the following methods of payment:

  • PayPal
  • Visa and MasterCard

Payment needs to be received prior to the completion and dispatch of an order.

Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers can be used for purchases both in store, online and as class payments. They cannot be redeemed for cash.

Returns Policy
When purchasing from Victoria House Needlecraft please review your order carefully as we do not refund or exchange if you have a change of mind about your purchase.

To protect the interests of our designers, exchange or refund is not available on books, charts and kits. This also applies to custom finished items, special orders and fabric cut to your specifications, these items cannot be returned unless there is a fault in the product.

Special orders once placed cannot be changed. Special orders valued over AUD$100 will require a deposit of 50% if you wish us to order any items that are not a Victoria House Needlecraft stock line. If you change your mind and decide not to go ahead with the order the deposit is non-refundable.

While every effort is made to ensure your product is exactly as described on our website and that it is in as new condition when it arrives at your address, if a product is faulty, please return it to us along with your docket within 14 days of purchase for a full refund or replacement.

There are no returns or exchange on discounted and sale goods. Where an item has been marked down due to an imperfection it will be identified as such prior to purchase.

The minimum fabric cut is 10cm. We cut in full and half widths; counted and embroidery fabric widths vary according to manufacturer. Please take note when ordering fabric; the measurements are listed in the product description.

Colours may vary from those shown on your computer screen. Every care has been taken to provide accurate photographs but as some computer screens may vary in colour and contrast, variations may occur. If you are unsure of your choice please refer to the product description for DMC colour equivalents.
