A ruffled scarf made with contrasting textured yarns. Stitches are cast on lengthwise and the ruffles are created by changing needle sizes and increasing stitches. Both versions are worked back and forth on circular needles (note: circulars are not used in the round here but are used to accommodate many stitches).

Suitable for an intermediate Knitter.
